Who is responsible for your information

When you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, area of interest, message and any information you choose to include. We also receive the technical information normally required to operate and secure a website.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to understand and respond to your request, continue a requested business conversation, maintain appropriate records and protect the website against misuse. Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering a contract and our legitimate interests in responding to genuine enquiries and operating our business responsibly.
Who may receive it
Information is available only to PROMETHIUM personnel and service providers who need it to operate email, hosting or related business systems. They act under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We do not sell personal information.
